Job summary

Malomatia in Pune is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to define role expectations, source candidates through portals and networks, and screen profiles for fit and compensation.

Coordinate interviews, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, and drive offers and negotiations to successful joining.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers/Business Stakeholders to define role expectations.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, vendors, and other sourcing channels
• Screen profiles based on technical skills, experience, location, compensation, notice period, and overall suitability.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess candidates for skills, motivation, career expectations, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Drive candidates through the recruitment process and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage.
• Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, counter-offer situations, and joining risks
• Track recruitment metrics including sourcing, pipeline movement, interview conversions, offers, and joining ratios.
• Work closely with recruitment vendors and monitor their productivity and candidate quality where applicable.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the ATS / recruitment trackers.
• Provide regular updates on position status, challenges, aging positions, and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for recurring and critical skill requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies
