Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Find candidates using job boards, social media networks like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, employee referrals, and professional events.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Partnering with Managers: Meet with hiring managers to define role requirements and write clear job descriptions.
• Managing the Pipeline: Coordinate interview schedules, track candidate data in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and run reference checks.
• Extending Offers: Negotiate salaries, explain benefits, and guide successful candidates through the onboarding process
