Job summary

Leap India Food And Logistics is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. You will collaborate with Hiring Managers, understand manpower requirements, and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interview rounds, lead salary discussions and offers, and drive joining formalities, onboarding, and KPI reporting using recruitment MIS dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Ability to coordinate with Hiring Managers on role expectations.
• Experience using job portals and social networks for sourcing.

Roles & Responsibilities HR Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across business functions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with Hiring Managers on role expectations.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds and ensure timely feedback.
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer negotiations.
• Drive offer-to-joining conversion and maintain regular engagement with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, hiring dashboards, and recruitment reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline/talent pool for current and future requirements.
• Support joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding coordination.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as Time to Hire, Offer Acceptance, Source Effectiveness, and Joining Ratio.
