Job summary

Foundever in Navi Mumbai is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for BPO functions, including sourcing, screening and interviews.

You will coordinate with vendors, conduct initial technical screening, use portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and Monster, and ensure timely hiring across multiple accounts.

This role involves six-day work with extra pay for the sixth day, and requires Bachelor's degree, strong communication, organization and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing, and vendor management.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring and BPO functions, including multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, and salary/level benchmarking.
• Executive sourcing experience and end-to-end bulk recruitment across multiple accounts in the BPO industry.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks, referrals and postings; conduct initial technical screenings to assess fit.
• Screen candidates and schedule face-to-face or phone interviews as required.
• Use portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Shine, Monster and similar for sourcing.
• Six-day work week with additional pay for the sixth day.
• Work location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing ,Interviewing , Vendor management.
• Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Bulk Hiring Support, and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary and level benchmarking.
• Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end BULK recruitment. Hiring experienced candidates across different , Recruiters for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry. Worked on bulk hiring
• Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
• Screening of potential candidates and setting up face-to-face,phone interviews as per the requirement criteria.
• Portals used for Sourcing: Naukri.com, LinkedIN, Hirst, Shine.com, monster.com.
• 6 days working (Additional pay for 6th day working)
• Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
