Job summary

BCforward Bengaluru is seeking a recruitment specialist to source candidates for bulk hires and non‑IT roles. You will collaborate with managers to define requirements, write effective adverts, and post them across job boards.

You will pre-screen applicants, conduct telephone screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate the interview process. Strong Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sourcing experience, preferably bulk or non‑IT hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Ability to research new and trending practices.
• Leadership abilities with delegation and recognizing strengths.
• Able to meet deadlines and targets.

Requirements

• 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process )
• Bachelors degree or above
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
• Able to independently research new and tending practices in the industry
• Effective leadership abilities, with the ability to delegate tasks well and identify people's strengths and best abilities
