Job summary

Foundever is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end bulk recruitment for BPO accounts in Mumbai. The role involves multichannel sourcing, screening, and interviewing to attract and select top talent for multiple accounts.

You will coordinate across portals and networks to build a candidate slate and deliver quality hires. Candidate must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with experience in executive sourcing and bulk hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end bulk recruitment for BPO/Accounts roles.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for bulk hiring and BPO functions.
• Source candidates via job portals and social networks; screen and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with interviewers for face-to-face and telephonic interviews as per criteria.

• Managing the end to end recruitment cycle for Bulk Hiring Support, and BPO Functions hiring which includes multichannel sourcing, screening, interviewing, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary and level benchmarking.
• Experience in executive sourcing and delivering end to end BULK recruitment. Hiring experienced candidates across different , Recruiters for multiple Accounts for BPO Industry.Worked on bulk hiring
• Sourced relevant candidates through Job Boards, Social Networking sites, Employee Referral, Job Postings and other networks. Conducted the initial technical screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate.
• Screening of potential candidates and setting up face-to-face,phone interviews as per the requirement criteria.
• Portals used for Sourcing: Naukri.com, LinkedIN, Heirst, Shine.com, monster.com.
• 6 days working (Additional pay for 6th day working)
