Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a dedicated Sourcing Specialist to manage bulk hiring and tech-enabled recruitment. You will collaborate with department heads, craft engaging job adverts, and proactively source candidates via major portals, maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

The role requires 1+ years of sourcing experience, preferably in BPO hiring, and a Bachelor’s degree. Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this on-site position in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring.
• Preferable – experience hiring for BPO (Voice/Non-Voice).
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Ability to research new trends in the industry.
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities.
