Job summary

ManpowerGroup Services India is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist for bulk hiring in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with department managers to understand requirements, write compelling job adverts, source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, and conduct pre-screening and telephone screens.

The role requires independent work as well as team collaboration. Preferred candidate has 1+ year in bulk hiring, preferably BPO voice/non-voice, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sourcing experience in bulk hiring, preferably for BPO.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices.
• Ability to independently research new and tending practices in the industry.
• Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and identify strengths.
• Able to meet deadlines and targets.

• Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
• Write effective job adverts and post them on various job boards.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other resume databases by actively contacting relevant candidates to tell them about open positions.

Requirements

• 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable – Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process )
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively
