Job summary

Scymes Services is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for BPO/KPO/NBFC segments, including bulk and international hiring. You will drive sourcing, screening, vendor management, MIS reporting, TAT tracking, closures, and offer-to-joining conversions.

You will coordinate with business teams to ensure timely onboarding and alignment with hiring plans, build sourcing strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations across multiple hires and locations.
