Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a passionate Bulk Recruiter to join our growth-focused team in Chennai. The role emphasizes high-volume hiring, end-to-end processes, and strong candidate experiences across multiple locations.

You will build pipelines, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely closures while meeting daily/weekly targets in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring, preferably in BPO or operations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Sourcing and screening candidate profiles from multiple portals.
• Experience coordinating interviews and scheduling efficiently.
• Familiar with daily/weekly hiring targets and high-volume processes.
• Experience in consultancy hiring for BPO and international processes is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end bulk recruitment across multiple roles and locations
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet organizational needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bulk or volume hiring (BPO, sales, or operations domain preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sourcing and screening candidates profiles.
• Sourcing on various job portals.
• Interview Coordination and schedule interviews.
• Manage high-volume recruitment activities.
• Work towards daily/weekly hiring targets.
• Handle pressure in a fast-paced hiring environment.
• People with min 6months of experience from a consultancy hiring for BPO industry are welcomed to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good communication skills are a mandate.
• BPO hiring/Bulk Hiring experience is preferred.
• Consultancy experience in BPO hiring for international process,
• Should have experience sourcing on various job portals.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Should know how to use Naukri and perform searches.

• Working Days : Mon to Sat
• 9hrs shift
• Two Way transport (Only if within the boundary)

Nature of Job: 6 months contract (Extendable- depending on performance)

Salary: As per interview rounds.
