Job summary

BCforward is seeking a proactive Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job adverts, and actively source candidates across portals. The role involves pre-screening applicants, conducting phone screenings, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of bulk/non-IT hiring experience, preferably in BPO staffing, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to work both independently and

Requirements

• 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT hiring Preferable – Someone who has hired for BPO ( Voice process/Non Voice Process )


• Bachelor’s degree or above


• Effective communication skills both written and verbal


• Able to work both independently and as part of a team


• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint


• Excellent organizational skills and ability to project prioritize effectively


• Great interpersonal skills


• Excellent problem-solving abilities


• Good knowledge of HR procedures and best practices
