Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) in Mumbai is seeking a proactive recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates, partnering directly with founders, CXOs and hiring managers to understand business needs.

You will source top talent through LinkedIn and networks, screen and build pipelines, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first call to offer closure, while contributing to growth across growth, marketing, ecommerce, and ops.
