Job summary

Alchemist Marketing & Talent Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage sourcing, screening, and hiring for the organization. You will play a key role in end-to-end talent acquisition, whether you have internship/hands-on experience or are a fresh HR graduate.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of professional experience in HR recruitment.
• Mandatory Internship Requirement: Applicants without a specialized HR degree must have completed a prior internship in HR recruitment or talent acquisition to demonstrate core domain knowledge and familiarity with hiring workflows

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Talent: Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals (LinkedIn, Naukai, etc.), social media, and professional networks.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and tracker spreadsheets accurately.
• Communicate regular updates to candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Skills:

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Indeed, Naukri), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source, track, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel/Word) or Google Workspace to maintain recruitment tracker.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in speaking with candidates and managing basic stakeholder interactions.
