Job summary

Weekday is seeking an entry-level Recruiter in Mumbai to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple mandates and partner with founders and CXOs. You will source top talent through LinkedIn and networks, screen candidates, build pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first call to offer.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in recruitment, graduated, strong communication, and own a laptop with reliable Wi‑Fi. This role offers growth in a fast-paced startup environment.
