Job summary

Weekday is seeking an entry-level recruiter in Mumbai to own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates, partnering with founders, CXOs and hiring managers.

You will source top talent through LinkedIn, networking and creative strategies, screen and build strong pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

The role offers hands-on ownership across growth, marketing, ecommerce, ops, and more, with a fast-paced startup environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions.
