Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Recruiter will source and screen candidates for a variety of roles, primarily using social media, WhatsApp, and other online channels. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, shortlisting candidates, coordinating with the back-end team, and scheduling interviews. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, following up with applicants and employers, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely and successful placements. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to improve processes and deliver a positive experience for both employers and job seekers.
