TechPerspect in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a proactive recruiter to shape our hiring. You will source candidates across online boards, social media, networking, and referrals; screen applications and conduct initial phone screenings; coordinate interviews and manage offers.

You will develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.

• Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:Identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screening and Evaluating Candidates:Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and assessing candidates' qualifications against job requirements.
• Managing the Hiring Process:Scheduling and coordinating interviews, providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and managing the offer negotiation process.
• Developing and Implementing Recruiting Strategies:Working with hiring managers to understand their needs, developing and executing recruiting plans, and staying up-to-date on best practices and trends.
• Building Relationships:Developing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Ensuring a Positive Candidate Experience:Providing clear and timely communication, maintaining professional standards, and ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all candidates.
