Job summary

TechPerspect in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a proactive recruiter to shape our hiring. You will source candidates across online boards, social media, networking, and referrals; screen applications and conduct initial phone screenings; coordinate interviews and manage offers.

You will develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
