Job summary

e-Hireo in Bengaluru is hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to source, screen and headhunt talents for client openings, leveraging portals and social networks. You will match candidates to client requirements and drive a proactive talent pipeline.

The role also involves handling client relationships, leading a small team, and owning end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining, with an emphasis on product tech hiring and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Social Media hiring especially from LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• Job posting in various portals (e.g., hirist, indeed, iimjobs, LinkedIn, etc).
• Creating templates for job posting in multiple platforms.
• Experience in handling team is preferable.
• Experience in handling one or multiple clients will be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
