The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various technical and non-technical roles. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with employee onboarding activities.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, recruitment strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, and similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience hiring for IT, software development, cybersecurity, digital marketing, or technical roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is a plus.
• Experience handling bulk hiring and campus recruitment is an added advantage.
