Job summary

Matchbest Software in Gurgaon is seeking an experienced Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closing, and to drive speed and quality in hiring.

You will actively source candidates on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals, screen CVs, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain accurate recruitment trackers to meet weekly targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with Naukri and other job portals.
• Ability to independently search and source high-quality and relevant profiles.
• Good knowledge of Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing.
• Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with recruitment deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Use advanced search techniques and Boolean searches to identify suitable profiles.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, salary, notice period, and location.
• Maintain a strong and updated candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate and coordinate salary/CTC discussions where required.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for recurring requirements.
• Achieve daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Executive who has strong hands‑on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end‑to‑end recruitment.

The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable using Naukri and other recruitment platforms and should have a proven ability to identify and source relevant, quality candidates within a short turnaround time.

• Must be confident in using multiple recruitment platforms.
• Should be able to understand job descriptions and independently identify suitable candidates.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within this month will be preferred.

Joining Requirement

Immediate joiners are highly preferred. Candidates who can join from Monday onwards and start within September 2026 will be given priority.
