Job summary

Artius Interior Products in Gurugram is seeking a hands-on Recruiter Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles, building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring timely closures.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of core recruitment experience, strong sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to handle multiple openings while coordinating with hiring managers. 6 days a week on-site at Sector 75.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Experience hiring blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Handle hiring for blue-collar and white-collar positions across levels.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, vendors, and other channels.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure smooth joining.
• Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support basic HR operations/coordination activities as required.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The primary focus of this role will be building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring timely closures across functions.
