Job summary

Hire Rightt in India is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter with IT hiring experience to join our recruitment team. You will manage end-to-end IT hiring, source candidates through portals like LinkedIn and Naukri, and screen candidates to assess fit for client requirements.

You will build a strong candidate pipeline, coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and support offer negotiations and closures while maintaining recruitment trackers and regular hiring reports.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a strong focus on IT hiring.

• Experience recruiting IT professionals such as Software Developers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA/Test Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Analysts, and other technical profiles.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Prior experience working with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred.
