Job summary

First Meridian Business Services in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience. You will manage contract and permanent staffing, source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and portals, and coordinate interviews and onboarding.

You will screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and salary expectations, while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline and achieving daily targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent staffing.

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical suitability, communication skills, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Coordinate candidate submissions, interview scheduling, interview feedback, and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active requirements.
• Negotiate salary rates and coordinate offer discussions, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain good relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients.
• Achieve daily sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or recruitment trackers.

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills using Naukri and other recruitment portals.
• Understanding of IT skills, job descriptions, and candidate evaluation.
• Experience handling client requirements, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
