Job summary

You will handle end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to offer closure, and work closely with hiring managers to meet timelines. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable IT candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR and technical-fit assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely updates to candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and timely closures against hiring targets.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and follow up until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and regular hiring reports.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to identify and hire qualified technical talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates for various IT roles.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical-fit assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures against hiring targets.
• Negotiate compensation, manage offers, and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and regular hiring reports.
