Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions is seeking a proactive Technical Recruiter to join our India Recruitment Team in Greater Noida. You will manage end-to-end IT recruitment, source and screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to drive timely closures.

As part of the team, you will handle contract staffing, build talent pipelines, and maintain a positive candidate experience while using CEIPAL ATS and Naukri portal to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related fields.
• 2-5 years IT Recruitment experience in the India market.
• Hands-on experience in Contract Staffing.
• Experience with CEIPAL ATS and Naukri portal.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
