Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist – IT with a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for junior, mid-level, and senior technical roles
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal and external panels
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Negotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and support onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding
