Job summary

AASAANJOBS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple clients in Mumbai. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and drive offers through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions and clients.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer rollouts, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up on offer acceptance, joining dates, and prevent candidate dropouts.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding hiring progress.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and TATs.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and provide hiring updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with company and client recruitment processes.
