Job summary

Pune Institute Of Business Management is seeking an experienced recruitment lead to manage end-to-end hiring for academic and non-academic roles. You will source through Naukri, LinkedIn and portals, screen resumes, and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit.

You will coordinate interviews with department heads, follow up with candidates, and drive offer rollouts. The role demands negotiating packages and building a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely closures.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure smooth joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and maintain effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
