Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Managers: Meet with department heads to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
• Source Candidates: Search for active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and job boards.
• Screen Resumes: Review applications and evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Conduct Interviews: Lead initial phone or video screening calls to assess candidate abilities.
• Manage Hiring Pipeline: Schedule interviews, update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and track metrics.
