Job summary

JobsKart in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking an IT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT roles. You will coordinate with hiring managers and manage the candidate pipeline to ensure timely hiring.

You will conduct initial phone or video screenings, review resumes for technical skills and cultural fit, and handle offers and onboarding in collaboration with the HR team. Proficiency with LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS is desirable.

Qualifications
