Job summary

Volto It Labs in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end staffing for multiple client requirements. You will source candidates via Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn, screen for technical fit, and coordinate interviews and offers to close roles efficiently.

You will handle permanent staffing for clients, maintain trackers, and build strong pipelines to meet aggressive targets while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably with a staffing or recruitment firm.
• Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies.
• Experience with Naukri Resdex and LinkedIn sourcing.

Required Skills

• Experience in domestic IT hiring and permanent staffing.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates

• Recruiters with experience in IT staffing or recruitment consultancies.
• Candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods.
