Job summary

Scaleneworks in Bengaluru is seeking experienced Recruitment / Search Consultants to join our growing team in placements & search. You will manage end-to-end mandates for leadership roles, sourcing through multiple channels, and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates.

Ideal candidates have 2-8 years in recruitment, with expertise in either Tech or Non-Tech sectors, and a passion for closing complex mandates in a hybrid Bengaluru environment.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in Recruitment / Leadership Hiring.
• Domain expertise in Tech or Non-Tech sectors.
• Managing end-to-end requirement / mandates for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate closure.
• Translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess fit, compensation, notice period and suitability.
• Shortlist and share relevant profiles with clients within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool across functions.
• Work with clients/hiring managers to gather requirements and feedback.

Role & responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, social media and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and preliminary interviews to assess experience, skills, compensation, notice period and suitability.
• Shortlist and share relevant profiles with clients within defined timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool across assigned functions.
• Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements, feedback and market availability.
• Handle multiple mandates simultaneously while ensuring quality and TAT.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and existing/new clients.
• Achieve individual and team-level sourcing, submission, interview and closure targets.
