Job summary

Quess IT Solutions is looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience to join our Bengaluru team. This role focuses on contract-to-hire IT recruitment, from sourcing through onboarding, with a hybrid work arrangement (4 days in office, 1 day WFH).

You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs, source via LinkedIn and portals, screen candidates, and manage the interview process to close offers efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience.
• C2H hiring experience for IT roles in Indian/Domestic Market preferred.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
