Job summary

Refercircle Consulting Services in India is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT roles. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, portals, referrals and other channels, and align candidate profiles with job requirements.

You will screen resumes, schedule interviews with clients, track progress, and strive for timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Prior IT recruitment experience and strong communication are essential.
