Job summary

Protiviti India is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to partner with department managers and executives, understand open roles, and define the ideal candidate profile. You will craft effective job ads and post them across job boards to attract a diverse candidate pool.

Responsibilities include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri and other databases, pre-screening applications, and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates to support timely hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sourcing experience in Bulk/Non-IT Hiring
• Preferred: Experience hiring for BPO (Voice/Non-Voice Process)
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal & problem-solving abilities
• Good understanding of HR procedures and best practices
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong ownership and ability to meet deadlines/targets
