Job summary

BCforward in Bengaluru is seeking a Human Resources - Candidate Sourcer to identify and engage top talent for bulk, non-IT hiring.

You will craft job adverts, post on boards, and source candidates via LinkedIn and Naukri, while conducting pre-screening and telephone screens and coordinating interviews.

The role requires 1+ year sourcing experience, a bachelor’s degree, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sourcing experience in Bulk hiring/non IT
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Prefer experience hiring for BPO (Voice/Non-Voice)

Need 1-3 years experience NON IT & bulking hires

Responsibilities

Collaborate with department managers and executives to obtain information on open roles within the business.

• Listen to and understand the hiring manager's requirements for the role and the ideal candidate.
