Job summary

Datamark Bpo Service is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in hiring for Voice Process, Customer Support, and International BPO roles. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates on major portals, screen applicants, and coordinate assessments to drive bulk hiring with SLAs for our hiring managers.

Strong communication skills and proficiency with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in Voice Process / BPO / Customer Support hiring.
• Familiar with Versant, AMCAT, SHL, Berlitz or similar assessments.
• Experience with volume hiring and recruitment SLAs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Voice Process and Customer Support roles.
• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates per client requirements.
• Coordinate communication assessments (Versant, AMCAT, SHL).

The ideal candidate should have handled bulk hiring and be familiar with communication assessment tools such as Versant, AMCAT, SHL, or similar screening platforms.
