Job summary

Shorea Social Commerce in India is seeking an experienced Recruitment Professional to handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for BPO, telecalling and FMCG sales roles. You will source candidates via portals, referrals and social channels, manage high-volume hiring, and coordinate HR screenings and interviews with sales teams.

• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure continuous manpower availability as per business needs.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring for BPO, Telecalling, Telesales and FMCG Sales processes.


• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, WhatsApp groups, walk-ins and other recruitment channels.


• Manage high-volume hiring for Telecallers, Telesales Executives, BDEs, Sales Executives and Customer Support Executives.


• Screen candidates based on communication skills, sales ability, relevant experience, location and salary expectations.


• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with the Operations/Sales team.


• Schedule and coordinate walk-in drives, bulk interview drives and recruitment campaigns.


• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure continuous manpower availability as per business requirements.


• Coordinate with Operations Managers, Team Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in HR Recruitment, preferably in BPO, Call Center, FMCG, Telesales, or Sales hiring.


• Hands-on experience in bulk/mass hiring and volume recruitment.


• Strong experience in sourcing candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, WhatsApp groups, walk-ins, and local hiring drives.


• Good understanding of BPO/Tele calling / Tele sales profiles and FMCG sales processes.


• Proven ability to achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and joining targets.


• Strong skills in candidate screening, telephonic interviews, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-up.
