Qualifications

• Freshers or candidates with 6months-1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities for Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech.
• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Make 60-70 calls daily to connect with potential candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
