Sri Lakshmi Associates in Vijayawada is seeking a Recovery Team Leader to guide a collections team and meet monthly recovery targets. You will oversee field collections, hard-bucket accounts, and escalation handling while driving performance and reporting progress.

The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, experience in banking/NBFC collections, and a proven leadership track record for effective team management.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Banking / NBFC Collections.
• Experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership.
• Strong experience in Collections & Recovery.
• Write-off / Hard Bucket Recovery experience preferred.
• Field Collection experience preferred.
• Strong target-oriented approach and negotiation skills.
• DRA Certification preferred.
• Good communication and people-management skills.

• Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month + Incentives
• Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Recovery/Collections Team to achieve monthly recovery targets.

• 37 years of experience in Banking / NBFC Collections
• Experience in Team Handling / Team Leadership

• DRA Certification preferred
