Job summary

Limitless Security & Facility Management in Gurugram, India, seeks a senior recovery leader to drive pre-collection and collection operations, ensuring targets are met and strategies are executed across field teams.

You will manage customer escalations, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize CRM, WhatsApp, IVR and digital tools, while building a high-performing team and delivering timely MIS reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–8 years in recovery/collections with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of collection processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with CRM and digital collection tools.
