Job summary

Teleperformance DIBS in Hyderabad is seeking a Team Leader – Collections to lead a team of collection executives, aiming at targets while maintaining high customer service standards. You will mentor and monitor performance and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in collections, at least 1 year of team handling, strong Excel skills, and good communication to coordinate with internal stakeholders. Immediate joiners preferred; salary up to 4.5 LPA.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve collection efficiency
• Drive process improvements and best practices

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Collections to lead and manage a team of collection executives, ensuring achievement of collection targets while maintaining high customer service standards. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills and hands-on experience in collections/recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of collection agents.
• Monitor daily collection performance and ensure target achievement.
• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Track and improve key metrics such as PTP, resolution rate, and productivity.
• Handle customer escalations and provide effective resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve collection efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Collections, with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
• Strong knowledge of collections and recovery processes.
• Excellent people management and communication skills.
• Experience in handling performance metrics and team targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
