Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of real estate sales experience.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred.
• Based in Gandhinagar with strong local market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential, luxury, and investment properties across Gandhinagar.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNIs, brokers, developers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing in Gandhinagar.
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance throughout the sales process.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, client-focused Real Estate Consultant to lead sales of premium residential and investment properties in Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the local market, an established network, and a consistent track record of closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential, luxury, and investment properties across Gandhinagar
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNIs, builders, developers, and channel partners
• Negotiate and close property transactions efficiently
• Stay updated on real estate market trends and pricing across Gandhinagar
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance throughout the sales process
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Based in Gandhinagar, with strong knowledge of the local real estate market
• Proven experience in residential or investment property sales in Gandhinagar
• Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with HNIs, NRIs, investors, and corporate clients
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills
