Job summary

Vision Unlimited in Mohali, India, is seeking a senior RCM leader with extensive experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management for US healthcare providers. The role focuses on optimizing billing workflows, denials, and posting while guiding a large offshore/onshore team to meet client expectations.

The ideal candidate will drive KPI improvements, manage operations, and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and mentorship, delivering reliable revenue cycle

Qualifications

• End-to-end RCM experience with a focus on US healthcare provider operations.
• Strong leadership experience managing large teams (100+).
• Proven ability to manage billing, denial, and posting processes to improve KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, measure and monitor billing workflows to boost productivity and KPIs.
• Manage day-to-day staff performance, client deliverables and escalations.
• Maintain revenue through prompt issue resolution and client transparency.
• Keep AR days under 30 and ensure gross collections meet benchmarks.

Job Description

• Graduate with more than 15 years of end-to-end RCM experience, of which at least 10 years should be in US Healthcare provider side of business
• Should be a subject matter expert and have in-depth knowledge of all functions of RCM (AR and Denials Management, Billing, Payment Posting, Charge Entry and Payer Calling)
• Experience in leading & managing a team of 100+ people
• Experience in managing all aspects of the delivery function including operations management, key performance indicators (KPI) management and people management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent attitude, aptitude, and willingness to learn
• Willing and able to work at the company physical location in Mohali, Punjab

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall planning, measuring and monitoring of billing workflows, with the goal to increase productivity and improve KPIs
• Manage day-to-day staff performance, client deliverables and escalations
• Undivided attention on any issue causing delay / lack of revenue and staying in touch with client to maintain transparency with client
• Ensuring the AR days stays less than 30 with the Gross Collections benchmarks not going down beyond average
• Should be able to identify any gaps in process owing to set-up, provider enrollment, payer enrolment and bring in managements attention, invest efforts as required in automating things as much as possible
• Keep track of issues needing client intervention and sending them constant reminders as requiredKeeping track of billing summary on regular basis and bringing any outliers in managements knowledge
• Develop a strong and high performing offshore team that ensures good quality of work for clients with minimal cost of errors due to poor processing
• Provide mentorship, training and coaching to the offshore team
• Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behavior
• Perform other duties as assigned by US management
