The ideal candidate will oversee charge entry, payment posting, AR management, and AR analysis, while driving KPI-driven improvements and effectively guiding teams across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a managerial role.
• Minimum 9 years of comprehensive experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Strong expertise in end-to-end RCM operations, including charge entry, payment posting, AR management, and AR analysis.
• Proven experience in managing and monitoring KPIs to drive operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, including handling client calls, business reviews, meetings, and professional email communication.
