Job summary

e care India is seeking a Team Leader – RCM to lead and manage a US Healthcare RCM team, ensuring productivity and quality. The role requires monitoring daily performance, SLAs, and process compliance while handling AR follow-up and denial management.

You will provide coaching, performance feedback, and prepare MIS reports to manage client escalations and drive process efficiency, aiming to meet business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
