Credex Healthcare is hiring a senior RCM Lead to drive end-to-end revenue cycle management, including charge entry, coding, billing, AR, denials, and collections. You will mentor 15–20+ FTEs, ensure quality and compliance, and improve key metrics such as DIO and denial rates.

The role requires 10+ years in US Healthcare RCM with 3+ years in a leadership capacity and readiness for night shifts aligned to US timings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM.
• 3+ years in a leadership / supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of AR, Denials Management, and payer follow-ups.
• Hands-on experience with Practice Management / Billing Systems for Medical & Behavioral Health providers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on night shifts / US timings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RCM operations: Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, Collections.
• Mentor teams of 15–20+ FTEs, ensuring productivity, quality and compliance.
• Monitor and improve RCM KPIs (DIO, First Pass Resolution, Denial Rates, aging).
• Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly performance reports using MS Excel and dashboards.
• Identify trends, gaps and root causes; implement corrective action plans.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization and process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma mindset).
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and complex AR issues.
• Support capacity planning, forecasting and team performance improvement plans.

About the Role

We are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management leadership team! We are looking for a highly experienced RCM Manager who can lead end-to-end RCM operations, drive performance, optimize collections, and build scalable, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end RCM operations, including Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, and Collections
