Trurevmed Consultancy in Chennai is seeking an experienced Day Operation Manager to lead end-to-end Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management for a US healthcare provider.

You will oversee daily billing, collections, denials management, and client satisfaction while driving Lean/Six Sigma improvements to meet SLA targets. Strong leadership and data-driven reporting are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of total healthcare industry experience, with progressive leadership roles in provider revenue cycle functions.
• Data-driven leader, comfortable with KPI dashboards, root-cause analysis, and reporting.
• Experience managing large delivery spans (100-200+ FTEs) operations.
