RBL Bank seeks candidates for its Premier Banker Program in India. The Relationship Manager will source new-to-bank clients, cross-sell wealth and business banking products, and manage portfolios within branch banking and retail liabilities.

The program includes 2 months of residential training, a monthly stipend of ₹40,000, and starting compensation up to ₹9 LPA fixed plus incentives; program fee is ₹1,60,000 plus GST with reimbursement after 1–2 years of service.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate or postgraduate with minimum 50% marks.
• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Minimum 2 years current sales experience in Banking; overall 3+ years.

• Acquire new relationships via references and catchment mapping.
• Source families to strengthen and deepen relationships.
• Cross-sell engagement products: FD, RD, SIP, Locker, cards, and third-party products.
• Deepen portfolio by cross-selling assets, TPP and liabilities.
• Meet CASA and total deposit targets for Relationship Manager.
• Achieve fee revenue targets by cross selling multiple product lines.
• Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and internal trainings.
• Promote channel penetration: net banking, mobile banking, bill payments, SI, ASE.

Job description:-

RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaborative initiative between RBL Bank and NIIT IFBI, designed to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities business.

Role Overview

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.

Program Highlights

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream) with minimum 50%

8. Fee Revenue Fee revenue targets to be met by cross selling multiple product lines to all customers.
9. Mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and other internal training modules to be completed.
10. Channel penetration like net banking, mobile banking, Bill payments, SI registrations and ASE setup
