RBL Bank invites applications for a Relationship Manager role under the Premier Banker Program in India. The program aims to source new-to-bank relationships, cross-sell wealth and business banking products, and grow the retail liabilities portfolio.

A stipend of ₹40,000 per month is provided during the 2-month residential training phase. The starting fixed CTC goes up to ₹9,00,000 with attractive incentives.

Formación

• Graduate or postgraduate with minimum 50%.
• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Minimum 3 years of current sales experience in Banking with 4+ years total experience.
• Residential training of 2 months is part of the program.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio management: regularly contacting and meeting portfolio clients; profiling them for various products and cross-selling.
• Acquire new relationships through references and catchment mapping.
• Source Family accounts to strengthen the relationship.
• Cross-sell engagement products such as FD, RD, SIP, Locker, debit/credit cards, and third-party products.
• Deepen portfolio by cross-selling revenue products like assets, TPP and liabilities.
• Ensure customers qualify for Aspire relationships and sourcing quality accounts.
• Achieve CASA and total deposit targets for the Relationship Manager.
• Meet fee revenue targets by cross-selling multiple product lines.
• Complete mandatory certifications (AMFI and IRDA) and internal training modules.
• Penetrate channels like netbanking, mobile banking, bill payments, SIP registrations and ASE setup.

RBL Premier Banker Program, a collaborative initiative between RBL Bank and NIIT IFBI, designed to create a job-ready pool of Relationship Managers for Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities business.

Role Overview:

Relationship Managers will be responsible for generating revenue by sourcing new-to-bank relationships and cross- selling wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners.
